What is Holistic Nutrition?
Holistic Nutrition focuses on you as a biologically unique individual. Focus is placed on your unique set of needs and recommendations aim to balance the Body, Mind, and Soul for optimum health. Holistic Nutrition often referred to as Mind Body Nutrition, does not only focus on food but the whole body. Holistic Nutrition delves deep into the unique aspects of a person uncovering the root cause of symptoms, not just attempting to eliminate them.
One size fits all methods can sometimes leave you feeling discouraged as if you failed.
A Holistic approach recognizes that we are all biologically different and deserve individualized health care.
As a Holistic Nutritionist, I aim to equip you with the tools you need to care for and nurture yourself so you can learn how to listen to your body, achieve your goals and manage symptoms. Holistic Health Professionals recognize that no two people are biologically the same, so the focus must be on individual needs. Our life experiences shape our health and each one of us deserves to be seen as an individual. While there is a place for mainstream and conventional healthcare methods, you deserve to be seen as an individual, not just a set of symptoms or health condition. As the Nutrition Steward, my goal is to provide support, empower you and advocate for you so you are seen as an individual,
A Steward is defined as a person whose responsibility it is to take care of something.
That something for me is you and your unique needs.
