This 2 week Self Guided Program gives you the tools, space & resources to create a detox journey that meets you where you are at so you can manage your health on your terms.
This is a completely customizable method that honors any stage of a health journey. Depending on where you are at & whether you like a challenge or more ease, your journey can be personalized to your unique needs.
While this is a self guided program, you have access to Guided Video Coaching Sessions during this time to support you through these 2 weeks.
Program Structure:
In Week 1 you prepare your body, home & mind with a Pre-Detox Coaching Session & tons of resources in a comprehensive workbook.
In Week 2 is the Detox Week, 7 days of Guided Video Sessions, a daily focus & reflection to reinforce the focus for each of the 7 Detox days.
The best news? You get to eat amazing, nourishing, fortifying foods! No green juices ( unless you want one) & no extreme fasts.
The materials in this program can be revisited & reused again & again when you need to recalibrate.

Life is so busy & many of us are pulled in hundreds of different directions any given day, that’s why I dedicated many portions of this program to reflection in order to create space for growth, self awareness & detox! In order for you to really reinforce what you are feeling, & have learned about yourself during this process you will go through exercises, prompts & reflections to guide you through the “non food” part of this detox.
